Jordan’s Story
Jordan is a double lung transplant survivor of ACDMPV disease. As one of the rare infant lung transplants in the world, she has survived the complicated transplant life for 22 years.

Jordan is a double lung transplant survivor. At two months of age, she went into respiratory failure and was rushed to the local ER. Within 12 hours she was on full life support. Diagnosed with ACDMPV, a disease that’s almost always fatal, her only medical option was a double lung transplant, which she received when she was five months old. Transplant life holds many unending challenges. Jordan’s Christian faith is the foundation of her joy, strength, and hope. The constant medical struggles have at a young age given her insight beyond her years. Her heart is guided to glorify God in every adventure, and she has a passion to share God’s love every day. She helps with a National Prayer Line and offers weekly inspirational vlogs through her YouTube Channel, @throughjordanseyes. She loves playing with her animals (a dog and two cats), listening to music, and connecting with friends and family. She also plays piano, flute, and guitar for fun. Her prayer for each of you is that you will experience the love and hope of Jesus in your life.
